Each restaurant is introduced by its head chef while the camera allows the viewer to see the décor and appreciate the ambience of the dining room. The chef explains the restaurant's history, its philosophy and the type of dishes that are offered.
Some of the best and most spectacular dishes are then brought to the viewer's table and shown in extreme close-up while the head chef describes the ingredients and explains how they are prepared.
